By adhering to the booking policy, you are not only showing respect for my business but also for other clients who are trying to secure their own bookings and achieve the same goals as you. This ensures a fair and enjoyable experience for all.

-All bookings are placed through the booking page, and an automatic text is sent out regarding the booking link as each one is customized depending on the service you choose.

-If you have any questions, please also use my booking page to ask. All answers are sent through email, not text messages.

-Unsure whether my services are the right match for you, I advise booking a 30-min FREE client call, so that I can see how my services may help you.

-All bookings require a $25 deposit that’s applied towards the total.

-Social Media Management require a $100 non-refundable fee. The first deposit is $25 for the service sign-up, then $75 after our first meeting to discuss the next steps for setting up. Please be prepared on the day of the meeting for the next deposit fee!

-After making a deposit, there’s a welcome page with a questionnaire below that you must answer so that I can research, develop, and understand who you are and your goals, as well as access your Honeybook project portal. It’s not required, but I highly recommend you fill out those forms immediately after sending your deposit so that you can access your portal and I have enough time to develop a plan for you or at most 24 hours before our meeting. It’s only a short questionnaire that takes less than 5 mins. and it’s okay if you cannot answer all of them correctly!

-Please arrive on time at designated meeting times and location preferences. This ensures that we can talk thoroughly about your goals and resources so that you can take home the knowledge and notes I can provide with complete focus. Late arrival will result in rushed or missing information that can be valuable to your needs.

-Should you need to cancel or reschedule please give a 24-hour notice through “HoneyBook,” or the email link. Do not text me these as they can get lost in all my messages.

-No-shows will not be rescheduled and you will be banned from booking with me!

-I do offer payment plans for Social Media Management that can be broken down by a weekly or monthly setup. We can discuss more to ensure I have the right plan for you.

-For Social Media Management, I have a contract that we must discuss that concerns privacy measures and safety precautions through online profiles, technical concerns, and social responsibility.

-For Social Media Management, I am obliged to break up with you if we don’t fit together in either a disrespectful manner or push beyond the limits of my capacity in any form that’s not stated in the contract. Please bear with me as I would love to work with you and will find solutions to accommodate each other.

-ALL communications and deliverables you need or like to discuss are through my Honeybook website. The portal link is provided from email, my website, and all social media platforms for easy access. If something is urgent that you need me to know, you may text me and I’ll try my best to answer quickly.

-For Honeybook, a login is not required to work with me. I usually send out an email or a text with a link to a project I am working on so that you can view and discuss details without a login. The login is simple but has easy access when clicking on my social media or website compared to direct email links from me. It comes with cool features such as booking a meeting, creating proposal requests, mood boards, and more. I do recommend it as it’s also a great way to practice communicating and navigating a different software that you might be interested in for your business or future jobs.
